Not fried chicken ice cream Recipe

4 cups of crushed corn flakes (I used Frosted Flakes)

1 gallon vanilla ice cream (will be some left)

1 bag of white chocolate chips

1 pack of king size Twix (should be 4 in the pack)

Start by using a large ice cream scooper,scoop out 4 scoops form each scoop into oval shape (work quickly don’t want ice to melt to much). Place a Twix bar in the center of each shape ice cream place back in freezer for 1 hour until ice cream is firm. Once ice cream is firm remove ice cream now using more ice cream scoop out 4 more scoops and place on top of each ice cream with Twix bar and shape into a chicken leg shape (remember to work quick). Place back in freezer for another 1-2 hours until chicken shape ice cream is almost solid. 30 minutes before you remove your ice cream. Start a double boil and begin to melt white chocolate chips until smooth. Remove ice cream one at a time coat in melted white chocolate and then into crushed cornflakes fully coating your ice cream place back into freezer and repeat until all are done place back in freezer for 1 hour until hardened. Then enjoy!!!
